Public Offer

This document is an official public offer (the “Offer”) by the Evolua online store to enter into a contract of sale of goods on the terms set out below, in accordance with Articles 633, 641, and 642 of the Civil Code of Ukraine. Placing an order constitutes the Buyer's full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of this Offer.

1. Definitions

“Seller” — Evolua LLC, EDRPOU 46175283. “Buyer” — the person placing the order. “Product” — clothing and accessories offered in the store.

2. Subject of the agreement

The Seller agrees to transfer ownership of the Product to the Buyer, and the Buyer agrees to accept and pay for it under the terms of this Offer.

3. Placing an order

Orders are placed on the website via the cart. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided. After placing an order, a manager may contact the Buyer to confirm it.

4. Price and payment

Prices are listed in Ukrainian hryvnia (currency conversion may apply for international orders). Payment is made using the methods available on the website. The Product is shipped after payment is confirmed (except in cases of cash on delivery, where available).

5. Delivery

Delivery terms are set out in the “Shipping & Payment” section. Ownership and risk of accidental damage pass to the Buyer upon receipt of the Product.

6. Returns and exchanges

Terms are set out in the “Returns & Exchange” section and comply with the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection."

7. Rights and obligations of the parties

The Seller agrees to deliver a Product of proper quality. The Buyer agrees to provide accurate information and pay for the order.

8. Liability and force majeure

The parties are released from liability for failure to perform their obligations due to force majeure circumstances. The Seller is not liable for delays caused by delivery services.

9. Intellectual property

All website materials (photographs, texts, logos) belong to the Seller and may not be used without its permission.

10. Dispute resolution

Disputes are resolved through negotiation, and if no agreement is reached, in accordance with the laws of Ukraine.
