Returns & Exchange
You may return or exchange an item of proper quality within 14 days of receipt, in accordance with Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection."
Conditions for returning an item of proper quality
- the item has not been worn and its original appearance is preserved;
- tags, labels, and original packaging are intact;
- a receipt or other proof of purchase is available.
Items that cannot be returned
In accordance with the law, underwear and other personal/hygiene items of proper quality are not eligible for return. This does not apply to defective items.
How to request a return
- Email evolua-sport@proton.me with your order number and reason for return.
- We'll agree on a return method with you.
- Send the item to the address provided.
Return shipping for items of proper quality is paid by the Buyer.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect the item, we refund you using the same payment method you used, within [7–14] days (but no later than the timeframe established by law).
Defective items
If an item has a manufacturing defect, we will exchange it or issue a refund, and in this case the Seller covers the return shipping cost. Please contact us with a photo of the defect.
Exchanges
Exchange for a different size or color is subject to availability. The process is the same as for returns.
