Delivery within Ukraine

We ship orders via Nova Poshta (branch, parcel locker, or courier delivery). Dispatch time is usually [1–3] business days after the order is confirmed. Nova Poshta delivery time is 1–3 days depending on the city. Delivery cost is calculated according to the carrier's rates and is paid by the Buyer unless stated otherwise.

International delivery

We ship orders internationally. Delivery time and cost depend on the destination country and carrier, and are calculated at checkout. Please note: customs fees and taxes of the destination country may apply — these are not included in the order price and are paid by the Buyer.

Payment

Available payment methods are shown at checkout (online payment by bank card, etc.). Cash on delivery may be available for orders within Ukraine (where offered). All payments are processed by secure payment services; we do not store your card details.

Tracking

After your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email or phone.
